 Gift Cents Scrip, Inc., a New York based corporation, was created in 1997 by two friends who were volunteering together to do fundraising for their favorite non-profit organization. They found a way to enable their supporters to raise money by using gift cards and gift certificates as their fundraising tools. Their efforts were successful because they asked their participants only to buy what they would normally buy, and spend what they would normally spend. As a result of their efforts, many other non-profit organizations throughout the country have benefitted, as well. |

 Our mission is to offer non-profit organizations a successful and profitable fundraising opportunity through the use of gift cards and gift certificates for goods and services provided by local, regional, and national merchants. Our program is perfect for public or private schools, youth groups, community centers, service organizations, PTAs, PTOs, sports clubs, religious institutions, and any other not-for-profit group that is looking for a simple and profitable fundraiser. |
