Becoming a GIFT CENTS SCRIP customer is simple! Please review the list of Enrollment Requirements and
then complete the forms provided below.
You must be a non-profit organization.
You must have proof of your non-profit status
- Tax Exempt ID number or
Certificate of Exemption or
Letter of Determination
Banking information if you will be using our Electronic Bank Draft (EBD) direct payment plan. Include a completed EBD Form and a copy of a voided organization check.
Enrollment form filled out completely.
Be sure to indicate whether the shipping address you provide belongs to your organization, your residence, or a business.
Enclose a copy of your Letter of Determination or evidence of tax exempt status.

As you may know, Gift Cents has an ongoing promotion whereby, for every referral of a new organization, you org. receives free Shipping & Handling upon the referred organization placing and paying for their first order.
For the first time ever, we're going to sweeten the pot... Your organization will receive TWO orders with free S&H for every referral made in the months of May and June. The new organization has until Sunday, July 15th to place and pay for their order for your org. to qualify for the two free S&H orders. If the new organization places their initial order after 7/15/12, your org. still qualifies for the regular one-time free S&H promotion.
